EAIGLE is pleased to announce that Karim Khamisa has joined the company’s leadership team as Director of Operations. Karim brings with him a wealth of business operations and leadership expertise from various industry sectors, including hospitality, tourism, aviation and security. In previous executive roles, Karim has been responsible for managing sales revenue budgets of over $7 million; high-yield asset portfolios of over $160 million; and management of workforces as large as 120 employees.
“In his new role as Director of Operations, Karim will be supporting EAIGLE’s corporate operations and interfacing with multiple teams to ensure that the company exceeds client expectations, while setting new benchmarks for growth,” Founder and CEO of EAIGLE Amir Hoss said.
“Karim will be instrumental in the management of operational service-level agreements with clients and service partners, as well as driving key business development efforts as EAIGLE continues to grow its client base in Canada and abroad,” Amir also said.
In addition to spearheading day-to-day corporate operations, Karim will be leading new client deployments, overseeing quality control and quality assurance processes, optimizing operational output within our production division, and supporting corporate business strategy.
Karim honed invaluable team leadership skills and a deep understanding of operational and financial metrics during his 15-year career in the hospitality and tourism industry, during which he held the title of Hotel General Manager. His knowledge and expertise were developed while working for globally recognized luxury brands, including Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
When asked about long-term strategic objectives, Karim said, “I plan to optimize the process flow of existing operations to build a better foundation for scalability and strengthen the posture of our business as we target growth and expansion across the North American and European markets.”
Outside the office environment, Karim strives toward his best swing on the golf course which helps him stay humble and set new personal success benchmarks. He believes his pursuit for perfection on the golf course is driven by his ambition to achieve excellence in the professional world and carries this philosophy with him throughout all walks of life. He made his first hole-in-one last summer, beating the odds of 12,500 to 1, which was a memorable moment he says he will cherish for a lifetime.
